Log In, Pick a Node, and Connect

Open the client and log in with your email. Select any node (Asia-Pacific, Europe, or North America) and click 'Connect'. Your real IP will be replaced by a proxy IP instantly.

    Open CIVPN and enter your email and password to log in. Your account info will sync automatically.

    Choose any region from the list and click 'Connect'. The icon will turn green, and the status will show 'Connected'.

No. CIVPN plans do not auto-renew. You will not be charged automatically after your plan expires or data runs out. You must manually purchase a new plan if you wish to continue.
Any remaining data from your old plan will be cleared immediately and is non-refundable. The new plan will take effect right away. We recommend waiting until your current data is nearly gone before upgrading.
Account balance is always deducted first; any remaining cost is covered by third-party payment. For example, if you have a $5 balance and buy a $7.99 plan, you'll only pay $2.99 via third-party payment.
